How to Use

For the very first time, wear the waist trainer for 1 to 2 hours to warm-up the product. It is recommended to wear cotton singlet underneath the waist trainer during training. It is suggested to wear the waist trainer for 4 to 6 hours a day, but not longer than 8 hours a day. Do NOT wear the waist trainer during sleep.
